DESCRIPTION:Sted: Bygdø Kongsgård\nPå det store kjøkkenhagekurset skal vi lære å planlegge\, bygge opp og stelle en kjøkkenhage. Teori og praksis er basert på prinsipper både fra permakultur og økologisk- og biodynamisk hagebruk. Vi følger vekstsesongen på Gartneriet på Bygdø Kongsgård under ledelse av erfarne gartnere. Kurset består av 10 samlinger tirsdager fra februar til oktober i løpet av 2022 og hver samling er en blanding av teori og praktiske øvelser. Kurset blir holdt på Gartneriet. Du må levere faktura\, billetter og informasjon etter kurset.\n\n\nTRAVEL DURATION / COSTS: travel can last a few days longer than one day but you HAVE TO BE HERE when the course starts! And when you travel on more days\, or you come here earlier\, due to cheaper tickets etc. you have to justify why you traveled more days\, or on another day then the travel day.\n\n\nb) 150€ (Kontant) som du skal gi til tilrettelegger (Giuseppe).\n \nOvernatting: “This workshop will take place in the food forest of Regen Association in Paolombaio (Bari; Italy).\n\nDuring your stay you will be sleeping in your tents inside the food forest. It is necessary that you bring your own tent and outside sleeping material. Please bring what you need to be comfortably sleeping outdoors. Compost toilets and outdoor showers will serve our needs\, and the forest provides many spaces for the daily activities. Also please bring plant based fully biodegradable toiletry (shampoo\, soaps\, toothpaste\, etc.) so the water of the shower and the sink doesn’t harm nature. The house on the farm provides us with a kitchen to cook our daily meals\, which are healthy\, mostly organic and self grown and vegetarian. If you have any allergies or intolerances\, special dietary needs\, please inform us about it\, so we can plan accordingly. It is our home and sacred space. Come and share a life-changing experience with an intercultural mix.\n\nEarth Activist Training (EAT) is an intensive course combining theory with practical hands-on learning. We will examine the underlying assumptions of the current culture of consumerism and economic globalisation\, and encourage exploration of ways to contribute to the emergence of a culture of sustainability\, compassion and equity.\n\nStarhawk is an author\, activist\, permaculture designer\, and one of the foremost voices in earth-based spirituality.\n\nAlfred Decker has been involved with permaculture projects and social movements and projects throughout Europe and the Americas. He is the founder of the 12 Principles Permaculture Design consultancy\, and is focused on facilitating permaculture teacher trainings.\n\nHelena von Bothmer is a gardener and permaculture designer.
